Since the late 1950s, the Weeki Wachee River has been one of Florida's hidden gems. Stretching about 8 miles and fed by one of the largest freshwater springs in the world, it boasts crystal-clear waters at a refreshing 72-74 degrees year-round. The spring system consists of nine springs, with the main one being the largest.
